You upload one photo
One clear, front-facing photo is all we need. It's used for a single purpose — creating your child's illustrated character — and then permanently deleted.
AI illustrates your child
This is the part that used to be impossible. AI illustration, trained on storybook art (not photography), renders your child's face, hair, and features into a hand-crafted storybook style. A human illustrator would take weeks and cost thousands to paint one child — AI makes a book starring your child achievable in minutes.
You preview every page
You read all 16 illustrated pages of the story — starring your child, by name, with the right pronouns — before you pay a cent. Don't like an illustration? Re-roll it.
A person checks every page
After you order, our founder personally reviews the likeness, the story, and every illustration, then emails you a print proof within 24 hours. AI does the illustrating; a human still signs off on every book.
It prints only when you approve
Nothing goes to print until you're happy with the proof. Then your book is printed and shipped as a real hardcover, delivered in 7–10 business days.
Your photo is deleted after the character is made. You approve every page before it prints.
