Everbook creates personalised children's storybooks. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, how we use it, and the promises we make about your child's photo. If anything here is unclear, email hello@everbook.me.
The photo you upload
You upload one photo so we can illustrate your child as a storybook character. We use it for that single purpose. As soon as the illustrated character is created, your original photo is permanently deleted from our servers. We never use your photo to train AI models, and we never sell or share it.
What we keep
To fulfil and support your order we retain the illustrated character and story, your name and email, and — for physical books — your delivery address. If you tick “save my child's character for future books”, we keep the illustrated character sheet so you don't have to start over next time. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
How illustrations are made
We use AI illustration, trained on storybook art, to render your child's likeness. A person — our founder — reviews every page before your book prints. See How we make it for the full process.
Payments & email
Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store your card details. Transactional email (order confirmations, proofs) is sent from hello@everbook.me. We only send marketing email if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email hello@everbook.me and we'll action it within a reasonable time.
