Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Everbook to create and order a personalised children's book. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions? Email hello@everbook.me.
Who can order
You must be 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo, or have their guardian's permission. You confirm this when you tick the consent boxes before uploading.
Your preview & approval
You see a full preview of every page before you pay. After you order, our founder reviews every page and emails you a proof before anything prints. Nothing is printed until the proof stage is complete. If the likeness or story isn't right, tell us and we'll revise it at no charge.
Content you provide
You keep ownership of the photo you upload. You grant us a limited licence to use it solely to create your book's illustrations, after which the original is deleted (see our Privacy Policy). Please don't upload photos you don't have the right to use.
Pricing & delivery
Prices are shown at checkout in Australian dollars. Physical books are delivered in 7–10 business days after proof approval; digital books are emailed after founder review. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Refunds
Because each book is made for one child, we can't resell returns — but if your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as approved, we'll reprint or refund it. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Everbook grows. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
